Pre-orders help us plan production and inventory for limited-run products.
When you are charged
In most cases, payment is collected at checkout when the order is placed (including pre-orders). (If a product has different payment terms, it will be stated on the product page.)
When pre-orders ship
- In-stock orders typically ship within 3–5 business days.
- Pre-orders/backorders ship within 3–5 business days once the item is in stock.
Mixed carts (in-stock + pre-order)
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order will be sent in one shipment once the pre-order item has landed at our warehouse.
Need to cancel a pre-order?
Pre-orders are typically eligible for cancellation within 30 days of purchase (with limited exceptions).
